"Isaac (and others) are very helpful and patient as I asked a bunch of questions. Isaac either knew the answers straight away or found the answers quickly to not always common questions. Friendly and professional. Top notch. I got what I wanted and at a price lower than competitors. * please note I have been with Gene Mondragon’s office with State Farm for many many years. It has paid off in both rates and service. I’ve been with them so long because Gene and his team have done right by me. I just wish I remembered everyone’s names!"

"Do yourself a favor and choose another office. We received a State Farm letter that a form was needed to keep the auto insurance policy, sent the form 3 different times to Gene’s office. Called the office two weeks before the due date on the letter we received to see what else was needed and we were told it was handled or we’d get a call back. Never received a call, and then we get an email from State Farm that the policy is cancelled and our 6 month payment is being refunded. I called the office after receiving the cancellation email-as not being insured is pretty urgent- and was never called back. Disappointed in the lack of accountability and follow through. Seems to be the only way to get a response is through a Google review- Gene, please give me a call."
