"Valerie from State Farm as well as her other colleagues Martha & Tanner from Gene Mondragons office my agent for over 20+ years has been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me with my insurance coverage and other issues. Customer service over the years has changed to the point where that it is not easy to receive the customer service that I believe we all are entitled to as people paying for services that not only help us but help those giving the customer service.
