"Do yourself a favor and choose another office. We received a State Farm letter that a form was needed to keep the auto insurance policy, sent the form 3 different times to Gene’s office. Called the office two weeks before the due date on the letter we received to see what else was needed and we were told it was handled or we’d get a call back. Never received a call, and then we get an email from State Farm that the policy is cancelled and our 6 month payment is being refunded. I called the office after receiving the cancellation email-as not being insured is pretty urgent- and was never called back. Disappointed in the lack of accountability and follow through. Seems to be the only way to get a response is through a Google review- Gene, please give me a call."

"DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! My mother passed away and Gene Mondragon was her State Farm agent. It has been noting but a hassle trying to get anything done with regard to her insurance policies. I made countless emails, phone calls and never received a response. My insurance accounts were also with Gene Mondragon and I have since moved to another agent. We had two cars with them, a Jeep Cherokee and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I asked for an insurance card in my name instead of my mom's name on the Grand Cherokee so I could change over the title on the car, they gave me a card on the Cherokee. I then responded by email over and over asking for the correct card on GRAND Cherokee and total crickets. Nothing! My mom's home owners insurance policy is still with this agent because I can't get them to change the policy into my name. I have been trying to change that policy into my name for 5 months! The excuses I get from them is, oh we are so busy, well if you are too busy to take care of your clients then maybe you don't need anymore."

"I can’t speak highly enough about the outstanding service I experienced today at Gene Mondragon’s office. There is a reason I’ve been a long-time customer - State Farm is top-notch. First, Tanner patiently led me through the steps of switching vehicles and maintaining my coverage, giving me clear information about possible changes and potential safety discounts, with a real concern for keeping my rates reasonable, and I received a quote and a temporary insurance card very soon after our conversation. Later in the day I spoke with Marissa, and she really went the extra mile to answer every new question I had. She fully explained and gave me links for additional discounts as well as an additional coverage item I decided to add. I received a full breakdown of my new coverage from her. I’m so grateful for the cheerful, kind help I got during a process that can be daunting. Thank you!"
